ITIL® Version 3 Foundation Certificate qualifies you in the fundamentals of the industry standard in IT management.  ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world.

Who is it for?

This qualification is essential for IT service/support managers and staff, IT Consultants, IT Developers, Project Managers, Chief Information Officers and individuals allied to or involved in the delivery of IT services. There are no specific entry requirements, but you will need a working knowledge of the IT service delivery environment.

The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) is a framework of best practice approaches intended to facilitate the delivery of high quality IT services. ITIL outlines an extensive set of management procedures, intended to support businesses in achieving high financial quality and value in IT operations. Examination

The ITIL® Version 3 Foundation qualification is assessed by an hour long multiple choice paper, consisting of 40 questions. You will sit the exam in the training centre where you take the course. The assessment and administration are included within the course fees.
