Who is it for

Newly appointed or soon to be appointed managers, supervisors and team leaders who are looking for an introduction to their new role.

What is it about

What is management? What do managers do? How do I manage? These are standard questions that most people in the management profession have been asked more than once. In order to lead effectively, it is important that you have a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities of a manager.

Course Overview

This 75 minute session will outline the key skills of a manager to build your confidence in the role. It will help you to recognise other people's expectations of you as a manager, and what your expectations should be of your team.

We recommend that you attend one of our Learn How to Learn Online sessions before attending this Virtual Classroom to ensure that you get the most out of the course. To book a free place, click here or contact us on 0800 170 7777.
