Nichola Stott has over a decade of experience in online communications and in 2009 founded the MediaFlow, a specialist SEO and social media agency based in Hampshire. Prior to joining theMediaFlow, Nichola worked for Yahoo! as head of UK commercial search and it was there she became immersed in the world of search. Nichola is truly passionate about search and SEO and is a frequent conference speaker and industry thought leader; writing for SearchEngineWatch, SEO-Chicks, State of Search and of course theMediaFlow blog.

Lisa is a regular speaker at Search Engine Marketing Conferences worldwide, and was named in Management Today’s ‘35 women under 35 – 2009’. She is a regular contributor to publications on and off line and have authored a chapter on SEO in the book “B2B Marketing Experts” published in 2007.
