It is suitable for personnel, training, HR specialists and line managers who wish to use objective personality assessment to help in the selection and ongoing development of employees.
Course Overview
Prerequisites: Must be BPS Level A certificate holder. The purchaser/user of Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) must also be covered by current individual or corporate OPQ License, for which there is an annual charge.
