Who is it for

Managers who may be experiencing challenges from their team and who wish to overcome them.

What is it about

Not everybody that we encounter in our work life will be easy to work with. Turning difficult and testing behaviour into co-operation and productivity is an ongoing challenge for the 21st Century manager.

Course Overview

This 75 minute session will help you to develop strategies to deal with problem behaviour in order that it no longer consumes your time, energy and resources. Common issues include people who say they’ll do things but don’t deliver; team members who are overly cynical and can affect team morale; and people who refuse to accept constructive feedback. By addressing these issues, you will be able to focus your time on building an effective and high performing team.

We recommend that you attend one of our Learn How to Learn Online sessions before attending this Virtual Classroom to ensure that you get the most out of the course. To book a free place, click here or contact us on 0800 170 7777.
