Who is it for
This course is for existing or aspiring team leaders and who want to progress their skills.
The Team Leadership units are ideal for anyone looking to boost their career with a qualification from the CMI, enhance their team leadership skills and certify their knowledge and skills on a nationally-recognised framework.
What is it about
This course is about how to develop your personal skills as a team leader. It looks at action-centred leadership and the key skills required for excellent performance.
Course Overview
You will learn to:
- Consider ways to adapt your style to get real results
- Encourage mutual trust and respect within the team
- Learn what motivates others and how to apply this knowledge to your own team members
Each One-day Qualification will be delivered via one day of face-to-face training. After the training, you will be given a written assessment to complete and return via email within 30 days. The assessment will require you to embed the knowledge gained from the course within their own role. Following successful completion, you will be awarded with a certificate confirming their Level 2 Award in Team Leading accredited by the CMI.
You will have the option to select 3 of our One-day Qualifications (at the same Level) and once all 3 written assessments have been successfully completed, they will achieve Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading accredited by the CMI.
