This exceptional programme provides a comprehensive overview of the key issues involved in managing the design and implementation of assessment and development centres. This is to ensure they align with organisational goals, and also to ensure development activities are integrated to facilitate learning in development centres.
Delegates will experience and evaluate a range of assessment methods, e.g. group exercises, in-trays, and fact finding exercises. Whilst not essential, it is preferable that delegates have received Assessor Training and/or have experience of objective assessment.
On successful completion of the course delegates will be qualified to register as an SHL Multiple Assessment Series (MAS) licence holder. (Licence is complimentary to course attendees for first year.)
