Who is it for
This programme is ideal for those considering implementing a 360º process; those companies that want to review and validate their current processes against best practice; and facilitators and coaches of the 360º process.
What is it about
Participants will define the outcome that their organisation expects from 360º, and assess their strategy against best practice. They will be encouraged to work through the 360º facilitation process in bite-size chunks (interpretation, process management facilitation and coaching), and then put it all together for a final certification.
