We have a market leading, quality assured faculty of over 350 associate trainers. What sets us apart is our approach to our associate trainer staff, who share our values and passion for learning as true members of our company.
We feel a duty to our associates to give them the same opportunities as we would our permanent employees and trainers. This includes trainer observations followed by constructive and developmental feedback, membership of the Reed Learning Trainer Faculty, trainer awards dinners as well as development seminars run by trainers for trainers, sharing the latest techniques in design and delivery.
Trainers are recruited through a robust three-stage programme of screening, structured interview and skills assessment based around our competency framework.
